The Washington Post:

Western Powers: U.S., E.U., and Britain
Leaders from the United States, France, Germany, Italy, and Britain condemned Hamas’s attacks on Israel as acts of terrorism with “no justification.” They pledged support for Israel’s defense while acknowledging the legitimate aspirations of Palestinians. The European Union also expressed support for Israel and initiated a review of its financial aid to the Palestinians, clarifying it will not immediately suspend payments.

Ukraine
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned Hamas, likening its tactics to those of Russia and recommended that allies support Israel.

Abraham Accords Nations: UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, Sudan
The UAE and Bahrain condemned Hamas’s attacks. Morocco expressed deep concern but refrained from outright condemnation. Sudan’s Foreign Ministry attributed the violence to declining international interest in the Palestinian issue.

Saudi Arabia
While not a part of the Abraham Accords, Saudi Arabia called for an immediate end to the violence but did not explicitly condemn Hamas.

Neighbors: Egypt and Jordan
Both Egypt and Jordan, who have normalized relations with Israel, urged for restraint and highlighted their commitment to a two-state solution.

Iran and Qatar
Iran congratulated Hamas for the attack, while Qatar blamed Israel for the escalation in violence.

Russia
Russia expressed concern but stopped short of condemning Hamas, criticizing the West and the U.S. for neglecting peace mechanisms in the Middle East.

Other Countries: Turkey and China
Both Turkey and China called for an end to the violence. Turkey offered to mediate, while China emphasized the need for implementing the two-state solution.
